In the countdown to Christmas
Welcome to our Christmas Retail Catalogue 2024. We have a wealth of new food items and seasonal treats for stocking up your shelves this festive season.
With lots of stocking fillers, plenty of gourmet delights for food connoisseurs and a large selection of gift boxes, showcasing many of our year-round favourite brands, we hope you enjoy reading this catalogue and making it a core part of your offering this season. Our team will be in contact with you within the next two weeks to discuss your individual requirements for Christmas 2024.
Whilst we hold stock of a lot of the year-round items featured in this brochure, seasonal products, Christmas items and new product listings are to pre-order only. Therefore to ensure you have everything you need on your shelves in time for the festive season, we are aiming to have all orders for Christmas into us by Friday 23rd August, so that deliveries can commence out to you from 9th October. This timeline is due to the fact that most of our range is produced in small batches, by small scale producers, with certain limits on capacity.

Some Exciting New Suppliers
Popcorn Shed
Popcorn Shed is a super-premium popcorn brand handcrafted in the UK. Operating out of a garden shed since 2016, it is a home-grown, family-owned business founded by cousins Sam and Laura. They take pride in creating elaborate and whimsical flavours with artful attention to detail.
Popcorn Shed uses an artisan cooking process by making a fresh caramel batch with each production run. Their popcorn is tumbled in fresh caramel before being scattered with melted chocolate, nuts and dried fruit. This ensures a deep, rich flavour and provides a lovely texture to every single kernel.
Confiture et Compagnie
Confiture et Compagnie are two young mothers and friends, one from Normandy and one from Picardy.
They love their country, its flavours, and its craftsmanship. They want to awaken your culinary senses and offer you an alternative to industrial jams.
You will be able to taste jams prepared in authentic copper cauldrons, just like our grandmothers, with fresh fruits sourced, as much as possible, from farmers in their region. Without colourants, without preservatives, and with less sugar. Jams to enjoy from morning till night.
Filligans
Everything Filligans produce since 1997 is hand-made in Donegal in small batches, according to traditional farmhouse methods. Their recipes are original – either passed on to them by family and friends, or developed by themselves through research, experimentation and taste-testing.
Working closely with delicatessens, food halls, whole food shops, cafés and restaurants, they’ve developed a line of products, from traditional preserves to sophisticated chutneys, ideally suited for all quality food outlets.
Sturia
Sturia are French pioneers in sturgeon farming and guarantors of ethical luxury. They aspire to create sustainable value through traceability from egg to egg and by paying particular attention to production: respect for their fish, the environment and people.

Kusmi Tea
Kusmi teas and infusions are created, blended, flavoured and packaged in their workshops in Saint-Vigor d’Ymonville, near Le Havre, in Normandy.
Kusmi’s expertise is born of trusting in liberated inspiration. Selecting the best from every culinary register, because improbable combinations sometimes lead to the finest creations. A more inclusive, eclectic, vibrant tea, steeped in modernity. Tea to be enjoyed wherever, whenever, however.
And as the richness of their blends is drawn from the diversity of the natural world, they have a duty to preserve this inexhaustible source of inspiration.
This is why Kusmi are now pledging to exclusively use natural flavours and organic teas in their recipes.
