With a crisp shortbread texture, they're ideal for sweet and savoury fillings. Prioritising sustainability, they feature recyclable packaging and a lower carbon footprint. In collaboration with Co-Lab, a patisserie school linked to Odaios Foods, an inspiration recipe booklet has been created using these tartlets as the base, showcasing the best ingredients available on the Odaios Foods website.
