asting, exploring, discussing, networking, experimenting and experiencing a valhalla of food and hospitality for chefs and food pioneers; Chefs, Restaurateurs, Hoteliers, Food Professionals, Caterers, Café Owners & Gourmet Retailers from across Ireland enjoyed our 3D gastronomic event, exploring the influence of the elements of Earth, Fire, Air and Water. 



Our Special Guests
... with much thanks to our very special guests, Andrew Loh, Bill Schindler, Danni Barry, Dermot Carey, Frédéric Lalos, Kevin Thornton and Mikke Reinikainen, for their collaboration at the event, showcasing their knowledge and expertise to our delighted attendees.

Kevin Thornton, culinary pioneer of famed Thornton’s Restaurant, was on-site at Odaios Elements working alongside Mikke Reinikainen, a Journeyman from Finland. Together they carved up a full deer, utilising every single part as food, tools and clothing.

Danni Barry, of Eipic Restaurant, one of an elite group of female Michelin starred Chefs in Ireland was on-site at Odaios Elements cooking broths in bronze age clay pots over an open fire.
